Heya, After all those years of pushing it back, I'm forced to realize that time won't allow me to get involved enough in C that I can do anything for php core, so I figure contributing to the docs is probably more suitable, since it doesn't come with the learning curve. Updating pt_BR

I want work again on pt_BR translations, and there is some more people to help. I did some work on it to build, because some files are not updated and there was some errors. I fixed many of then but there is anothers i did not find where. Defining external links in the documentation

I cannot figure out how to define an external link. For example the install= \windows\apache2.xml has a reference to an apache web site that is identifi= ed as: <link xlink:href=3D"&url.apache2.docs"> But where do I specify the actual URL to an external reference?

I assume there is no code dealing with upgrading the index DB when one already exists? I just got a TON of errors for PEARDOC - the first being that the uniqueid is not unique. Deleted the DB and re-ran phd and all looks OK. I didn't check to see what would happen with phpdoc, I just deleted the DB and started again. PHP4 in the installation documentation

Is there a continuing need to cover PHP4 in the installation documentation? Ideally, nobody is installing PHP4. Should we really be encouraging them to do so?
