Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi all I have developed a PHP browser-based installer for Smarty, which you can = read about at http://www.medianna.eu/htdocs/warlock/warlock.en.php. This installer does more than just installing the libraries! Just = download a copy from = http://www.medianna.eu/htdocs/warlock/downloads.en.php and see for = yourself. The installer is not finished as there's further development, bug fixes, = removal of legacy code from early development and testing work to do; as = well as code review. Nevertheless, the installer has undergone some test = work and has been found to be capable of installing on Windows, = Unix/Linux and shared (rented) servers. The main reason for making this annoucement prior to completion of the = installer, is that I require assistance from development engineers, = testers and language translators to make it possible to release a = production version. I would also like ideas for an example website that is installed with = Smarty, which covers more than Smarty as it is intended to show the = integration with XHTML, CSS and have attributes that are typically = required for professional web sites. This installer has taken nearly one year in the making and I would be = very glad to hear from anyone that would like to work with me to see it = finished and to go in to production. I am also hopeful that there will = be input to improve the product as it currently stands. Naturally, = credit will be given where due!
